I enjoyed my time here very much (my first all inclusive holiday ever)
Though The first night was kind of a nightmare because there’s a constant humming noise (either from pipe or main aircon 😢) that ruined our sleep but after we mentioned it to the front desk they offered to change the room for us right away.
The food options were plenty but same every day so can be boring after a few days.
The staff are super friendly and helpful. I have joined the activities they offer and had a great fun. (Arabic class and aerobic)

First of all the all the staff from maintenance, catering, bars, pools, waiters, cleaners, concierge are very amazing 10/10. Reception and management a different story , very disappointedby their service. on day one we arrived at 7.30pm we had to change our room 3 times. First room they didn't give us a balcony , seconf room a broken bed and wiring had issue with the lamps , it took them til 1145pm to give a standard room which still had issues with the air con , telephones , towels bathmats, room were very slippy. The rooms are very slippy and it was a struggle to get matts, mini fridge/was only getting filed every 3 days. When speaking to reception they expect you to know the name of the person you previously discussed with , unfortunately in future I'll use the notepad and keep memoirs when im on holiday , the management of the reception were also not as helpful they also refused on our last day to give me somewhere to pray where as on day one they allowed me to pray on the luggage area which was assisted by the luggage staff. It waa very hard to get any help from. Reception/operator over the week, phone were fixed after 5 days. The greeting staff at the entrance were lovely always so pleasant. The good points ,the facilities at the hotel were good from pools , sports picthes, private beach and the food was amazing , i didn't get bored. Plenty of activities in the evening and love entertainment and a really good gym. I was shocked at the price of the spa , more expensive than uk and when i day more like really high. WiFi was decent in our room okay on the pool areas.

The hotel is great. It has 4 different restaurants for you to choose according to your preferences. Outdoor is perfect for children. The best thing is the staff!! Friendly, accommodating, and caring. 10/10!!

The hotel was spotlessly clean and you could see how hard the staff worked to keep it that way. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The food was plentiful and of acceptable quality. We particularly enjoyed the Tagine restaurant. The drinks were freely available if a little limited in choice. Entertainment was low key which suited us. Getting a sunbed wasn’t a competitive process. Our expectations were met because; We didn’t expect branded drinks or cocktails. We didn’t expect a la carte dinning or table service. We didn’t expect everything to be perfect first time but appreciated mistakes being corrected very quickly and with apologies. Nothing to do with the hotel but if you are visiting Agadir be aware of the morning mists that don’t clear until midday.

My friend and I just arrived back from a short break at this wonderful hotel. Our only regret is that we didn't go for longer. On arrival to our suprise we were upgraded to a swim up room which was incredible. I just can't fault the hotel. It was spotless and all the staff worked so hard. They were all friendly and especially the bar staff who took their time to get to know us and made the experience really fun. The food was really good and I would say there is definitely something for everyone, even if you just ate the desserts everyday which were delicious. We wouldn't hesitate to go back. Loved every minute of it.

We stayed for a week, room good very clean and well maintained. Location at the far end of the beach but walkable to the centre and good way to pass the evening. Staff were amazing, best service came from waiters, animation team and cleaning staff. Concierge a joke, very disappointed as they don't speak English apart from ask my colleague!! The two ladies here made no effort to even try. Atmosphere, chilled and good for relaxing. Not much to do the misty days if you don't want to travel out and about. Food good, drinks bit hit or miss but can't fault the staff with doing their best. Jamal to name a few couldn't be more helpful with local information and service. Overall value for money, I'd rate this as a 3 star plus hotel with the look of 5. Due to the Check out fee, system for coffee in the morning, lack of entertainment at night and some services bit hit or miss. Otherwise we had a great time and would visit again.

Fantastic hotel and stay. Service is exceptional 24/7. Animation team so good with all guests. Food as good as you’ll find anywhere. Rooms are beautiful and cleaned daily. The whole experience was better than expected. The biggest compliment we can give is that we will 100% return.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Hôtel Palais des Roses. I was in room 2132 and I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their outstanding service. From the reception staff to the porters the housekeeping team the restaurant and kitchen staff the servers and all those working behind the scenes to keep everything clean and well organized everyone was exceptionally professional kind and attentive. I would also like to express my special appreciation to Fatime Zahra El Aayssoug for her excellent care and dedication in keeping my room in perfect condition. In addition I would like to warmly thank Fadoua from the animation team who made my stay even more enjoyable with her kindness professionalism and the fun activities she organized. Overall, the hospitality and service were of the highest level and I deeply thank the whole team for making my stay such a positive and memorable experience.
